unless ur willing to fork out A LOT of money to go to a well experienced one overseas, DO NOT DO IT..it will look really fake..my mum's friend tatooed her eyebrows and also did a permanent eyeliner...believe me..not a pretty sight

besides can u imagine when ur all old and wrinkly? and ur tatooed eyebrows stand out because it will be black in colour?
